The HOA operates under covenants set in 1988 and renewed in 2018. The covenants lay out how the HOA will operate as well as a set of rules that every home owner agrees to follow.

OUR RESOLUTIONS
2023 RESOLUTION
This resolution adjusted the HOA dues to $400 annually in 2023, and then adjusts future dues for inflation annually, based on the inflation rate as provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics through December 31st of the previous year. Additionally, a one-time assessment was approved to complete road repairs.
