2026 Road repairs completed

Repairs to an 80 foot section of Windy Ridge Road at #195 were completed on April 14th following the HOA's newest strategy for repairing the road.

Each year, the road will be assessed and the worst sections identified.  Repairs will be made edge to edge in sections to repair the compromised section of the road. Frequency of the repairs will depend on the available budget in the HOA account and the estimated cost of the repair.

Based on the current amount of annual dues, we anticipate making road repairs every other year.
